Kopo Kopo(Clou Clou fruit) no mi, whose name is derived from the sound of pouring. It is a Logia class Devil Fruit, that transforms the consumer into a a cloud human, letting them transform into clouds and manipulate different types of precipitation to an extent.


Equipment

An extendable and retractable whip. It was crafted by Contract Blue, after she was inspired by black licorice. It can transform with Leto's devil fruit, if she should ever need it to, just like all of a Logia user's items do. The length of the whip looks like a series of interlocked diamonds. But, despite this odd shape its great for restraining and cutting others.


Skills
Choir is a former Marine scientist. A chemist, who also dabbled in Meteorology. She studied under some of the World Government's best, and when introduced to him, became obsessed with the idea of rivaling Dr.Vegapunk. He did not return the feelings of friendly competition which caused them to become twisted, and bitter. Leto's talents primarily shine in weapons crafting. She created the bomb that went off on Punk Hazard and created an ominous cloud of poison that threatened to loom over the island for an eternity.

Abilities
Leto Choir's most prominent ability is, without a doubt, the Kopo Kopo no mi she ingested at some point. A powerful Logia class fruit which can manipulate precipitation in battle for a variety of effects and also allows the user to become an intangible cloud. Leto almost always has it partially active, as evidenced by the mask-like cloud that covers the wounded portion of her face.

The ability to manipulate percipitation can be actualized in numerous battle situations as previously stated, however elemental applications will more often than not be more limited coming from the Kopo Kopo no mi than they would when coming from their own exclusive Logia fruit. For example, a Yuki Yuki user outclasses the snow making capabilities of the Kopo Kopo user, a Goro Goro user puts their eletrical abilities to shame.

First Switch: The user compacts a spherical shaped thunder cloud in between their hands, and then fires it along like a projectile. When this projectile comes in contact with something, the eletrical charges within the cloud spread outwards through that object, electrifying/electrocuting it. This would be the go-to technique for those seeking eletrical uses out of the fruit, as the fruit is incapable of firing along arcs of lightning.

Second Switch: The user fires along a stream of Virga from their hand. Virga is an observable percipitation that falls from a cloud, but evaporates before reaching the ground. The percipitation falls mainly as ice crystals before melting and finally evaporating. The user does not have 'Ice Manipulation' like a Hie Hie no mi consumer, however they can increase the intensity of these ice crystals to the point where whatever the streak of Virga passeses over is deep-chilled and frosted over. This weakens the constituion of things and allows the user to break objects easier. It cannot freeze people solid unless they've experienced prolonged contact but the cold definately hurts, thus it can slow enemies.

Flicker: Basically the same as Second Switch, with two streams instead of one.

Circuit: Plug Buster: Virga can cause a variety of weather effects. Through expressing their control over percipitation, the user can create microbursts by extension of manipulating Virga. Mirobursts are localized columns of sinking air, similar to, but distinguishable from tornadoes.

Circuit: Fuse Blown: Virga can cause a variety of weather effects. Through expressing their control over percipitation, the user can create intense Heat Bursts by extension of manipulating Virga. Heat Bursts are naturally, a very rare phenomenon, characterized by extremely dry air and very strong winds. The intense heat bursts caused by the Kopo Kopo feature destructive winds, and can cause localized blazes.

The Kopo Kopo user can also assimilate other clouds, be they natural clouds or noxious clouds. In doing this, the user has the capacity to purify those clouds. Another ability is the creation of clouds for others to ride on. Aside from these traits, standard Devil Fruit weaknesses apply.

SMILE Manufacturer working under Ahab Loweebuck. Specifically, she is called the "Zoo Keeper", as she is the head of the Punk Hazard operation, and oversees most of the work going on there with Contract, but also because she is the one who primarily tests the effected subjects.
