Sailor - He can drive a ship, man the masts, ect. Most of everything he can perform.

H I S T O R Y
Two years ago, the Harlequin Pirates decided to seperate for two years to go off on their own. Ferris Kaufman, the captain, suggested that Musu train under his grandfather. Thus he did, making off to his island to learn from him, though the Kaufman was hesitant at first. Because of Musu's accelerated learning capacity, he went from being -almost- entirely useless to New-World tier in just two years time. Because Kaufman was a marine, Musu was able to learn many Rokushiki techniques, one of his main staples. After he finished the training, he was forced into Marinehood in exchange for Kaufman's training. He promised him, and Musu immediately broke that promise and left the marines to look for the Harlequins. Apon learning that they went to the New World, he went there as well.

Gesshi Gesshi no Mi: Model Flying Squirrel - The Flying Squirrel devil fruit. Going hybrid enhances all of his traits physically, but in particular makes his speed and reflexes higher than most people starting out in the New World. Movement is unpredictable and very twitchy. Affords him the ability to glide, as it is a flying squirrel zoan, climb up most surfaces by going up it in a swirly-fashion, and gives him enhanced animal senses. Just as it always has, it has the strange effect of making him appear to be a superhero rather than as a squirrel at all, as well as giving him a large bushy tail and squirrel-like buck teeth. These teeth are hard as steel, and he is able to grow them out very, very fast to make them rather deadly, capable of gnawing through even steel themselves through several sets of teeth. However, the only way to get rid of these gigantic, sharp teeth would be to gnaw on things until they are reduced. Lastly, he can put things that would seemingly be far too large for a person's mouth in his cheeks, up to the size of a basketball per cheek, and he may spit these things out at an intense velocity, like bullets.
 
Jet Mode Activato - Folding in his wings, he becomes an aerodynamic flying machine. This gives him very high travel time and does incredible damage if enough momentum is built up over a large distance, but is likely to hurt him as well.
 
.Okina Eikyo Ken.
 
Okina Eikyo Ken {Great Impact Fist} - Vibrating his body at intense speeds, his body electrifies itself from the shear friction of doing so. This overloads his nervous and muscular system, making the signals sent through his body and brain much faster, further increasing his reflexes and speed. When he strikes an opponent, it stuns them for a short time and burns badly. Due to the vibrations, every attack feels like a hundred all striking at once, as well as allowing him to hit the opponent with the air around them, sort of as a delayed second attack, making up for his lack of raw strength.

Geppo - He can kick the air to float.
 
Geppo: Walk - A highly advanced version of Geppo which allows him to literally walk on air at will, or create surfaces for him to touch on from thin air. This is because the vibrations in his foot step on the air so many times that it appears he is walking as normal on an actual surface.
 
Soru - The ability to move extremely fast by kicking the ground several times. It can be used along with Geppo, or used to move so fast it leaves afterimages behind.
 
Soru: Vibrato Step - Using his Okina Eikyo Ken, he kicks off his leg one-thousand times using the quick vibrations from the ground, making for a far more intense Soru. Due to the sheer speed, it damages his own body as well, and makes it impossible to attack or put a precise location on where he is going while using it, so it is almost exclusively for dodging large attacks or creating distance.
 
Shigan - The Shigan is a close-quarter combat technique, in which the user pushes their finger into a certain target at a very high speed, leaving a wound similar to a bullet wound. It can be fired very rapidly or as a projectile.
 
Shigan: Impact - Using Shigan's explosive penetrative power combined with vibrating his finger rapidly, he can pierce even Busoshoku: Koka, or clash with swords infused with it using just his fingers, depending on their 'will'.
 
Rankyaku - He can kick the air to send out sharp shockwaves of destruction, yadda yadda. His are powerful enough to make headway into steel, but can't get much farther than an inch or two.
 
Rankyaku: Steel Leg - Enhancing any of his limbs with Rankyaku, and possibly haki, it sharpens the limb so that it may cut just as a blade would. It also lets his leg duel with blades - though not in extended clashes, and haki might break through it.
 
Haki
 
Kenbunshoku Haki -  a form of Haki that allows the user to sense the presence of others, even if they are concealed from view or too far to see naturally. The user can also use this Haki to predict an opponent's moves shortly before they make them, thereby making the attack much easier to evade with enough skill. He has moderate amount of training in it.
 
Busoshoku Haki - Allows the user to create a force similar to an invisible armor around themselves. He only has moderate training in it, so his is kind of mediocre and he prefers not to use it unless to counter the same haki of an opponent, against logias, or when he is feeling particularly emotional.
