Kingdom of Volcania Magma_10

Somewhere near the Red Line, Volcania awaits the foolish sailors who enter it's area. Guarded by underground volcanoes and completely devoid of resources except a nigh-infinite supply of obsidian, which the inhabitants have used to craft weapons, armor, and even an entire city. How the natives of the island exist there safely is unknown, though they appear to be expert survivalists. The inhabitants have learned to navigate the island with ease, and even know how to devise routes to evade the undersea volcanoes that would otherwise destroy their trade ships.

Prior to Delke's arrival there, the natives simply traded powerful and durable weapons and armor to the other islands for food and supplies. Having managed to survive on the island for so long, the inhabitants have a loathing of trespassers, and their militia is trained to capture all non-threatening trespassers and formally exile them, and to kill any violent trespassers.

When Delke arrived and became 'King', their demeanor changed drastically. While they are still fairly powerful and adept on their own terrain, they are much more civil toward people that Delke personally escorts to the town. Of course, he rarely does this, but when it does occur they treat the guest as a friend. Delke, having become close with the islanders, also brought them food and, for the more trained soldiers, seastone weaponry. Delke also stored the bulk of his gold and 'earnings' here, allowing the merchants to use it for trade. Understandably, after Delke's death, the island almost reverted back to its isolationist practices, especially after subsequent Scylla extermination mission, but the current King - Ouma Volgan - tries to stay open to the world.

Those who know about this island are warned to avoid it at all costs. You're better off being captured by the Marines.
