An "eternal sucker" that changes size at the user's will and whim. In its gigantic form, the circular candy becomes deadly sharp. Sharp enough to be used as a weapon that can clash with an overcome swords. It is virtually indistinguishable in its smaller form, save for an extremely diminished sharpness. Still, Contract likes to suck and lick on the smaller lolipop because she enjoys the feeling of having the roof of her mouth or her tongue partially scraped and cut.

The cloth she wears over her eye/s is actually capable of detecting heat in dark places.

A "confinement blaster" that looks like a small blow-dryer. She's converted it into something that fires a strange adhesive bullet that rapidly expands upon contact with someone or something, into a spherical shape, before solidfying. The final product is a candy prison. It can stretch from the inside, so the only reliable way to break out is by rending it with sharp destructive force. From the outside, it's inverted. You'd be hard pressed trying to cut it, but if you drive your fist into the structure hard enough, it'd give way and the entire prison would be compromised.

Small spherical candies in two pouches worn around the waist on the opposite side of her "confinement blaster". Some do weird things like explode into bubble gum traps. As you can imagine said gum is very sticky.

Skills
Contract is a former World Government chemist, but also seems experienced in biology. She modified her head so that she can willingly control the growth rate of her hair. Her hair has been modified into a taffy like substance as well, and each fingernail on her forefinger has been made to taste like blue-raspberry. Though her prowess in biology are not confined to the human biology. With her various skills, in conjunction with Leto she is directly responsible for altering Punk Hazard's environment. She is also the reason SMILES do not share the same foul taste as Devil Fruits(SMILES are so sweet they come off as sour in some cases.)

Her ingenuity shines also in the field of weapon crafting, where she developed a special resin to drastically improve the hardness of an object, and to enhance how durable said object is. Like a special layer of resin. She also designs weapons with candies in mind, and creates extendable whips with inspiration from licorice. With that all said and done, it can definitely be affirmed that she is a scientific mind that shines the most brilliant under the influence of decorative sugars.

Contract is responsible for a lot of what goes on the creation of SMILES, though she is not in charge of the project. Formerly working with World Government teams that would strive to bind Zoan fruit to weaponry, she is the go-to girl for crafting living weapons out of various Zoan fruit. The person who oversees the process of imbuing. With that being said, her taste for modifying living bodies had lead to some interesting oddities on Punk Hazard.

Abilities
She's the owner of at least, some degree of superhuman strength, being able to survive in the New World. While her durability may leave something to be desired, she's lithe and able to move quickly, and she certainly hits hard. Her striking strength may very well be one of her most prominent traits.

However she cannot exert herself in combat for long. She operates mostly off of a series of sugar rushes and is prone to crashing. So at times while she may seem frighteningly powerful, do not be fooled, if your staying power as her opponent is large, it would be easy to overcome Contract with time and patience.

Occupation
SMILE manufacturer working under Ahab Loweebuck. Specifically, she calls herself a "Pet Breeder" despite her influence on Punk Hazard being much larger, as her job is technically only supposed to involve splicing different objects and animals with the spare SMILES.

History
A former Marine scientist. Her brilliance was accentuated by an ingenuity not often found in others and she became somewhat famous for the creations that resulted from her superb out of the box musings. Her fondness for candy has long since crossed the border between interest and obsession. She was not exactly lacking in ambition, it's just that Contract possessed the ability to content herself. Her aspirations were never very grand, and she was a "go with the flow" kind of person who only enjoyed when her achievements were recognized, but never exactly set out for them to be. With that being said, something she truly cared about was when her work was vandalized, or worse, stolen. A bigger name in the Marine's scientist division had the audacity to do this to her, and when she protested she was met with doubt which lead to humiliation. Which underwent metamorphosis into homicidal fury...

Eventually this all landed her in a Marine prison. Shuffling around occurred over the years, but despite the transfers, she managed to escape ever being sentenced to Impel Down. Probably because of the effort that would need to be expended on transitioning from the New World to the first half of the Grand Line. For whatever the reason was, Contract Blue was thankful. When Leto Choir was imprisoned in the same facility as her, the two hit it off fairly quickly. Together they organized a method to escape, primarily utilizing Leto's Devil Fruit after freeing her from Seastone. Though when they had escaped, there wasn't really any place to go which was worrisome, until Leto suggested they take refuge on Punk Hazard. Initially, Contract protested hearing a disaster took place there. But, Leto reassured her and upon arrival began to purge the area of the ominous poison cloud surrounding it with her Devil Fruit's power.

With Leto, Contract had revitalized the abandon laboratories there, but not without further assistance from the prisoners that had been used as guinea pigs for experiments prior to the incident. The poisons in the air had ravished most life on the island, but those who survived and festered in that environment were either crippled or mutated in strange ways. One such example was an intelligent test-ape who had become much stronger for his species after living in that environment for so long. Leto was hailed by the prisoners as their savior, and Contract as well due to their partnership. The aforementioned ape was captured and heavily experimented on by Contract, who went so far as to feed it a Devil Fruit that had been left behind there. The Fizz Fizz no mi. With intelligence and strength on its side though, it could no longer be contained as a slave or test subject, so it was inducted into the refugee group under Leto and Contract's supervision. They resolved to become Pirates, and make an attempt at creating artificial Devil Fruits to sale on the black market as their primary bit.

Eventually though, with Ahab Loweebuck becoming an active Pirate again in the New World, her growing organizations had taken notice of Punk Hazard becoming inhabitable, and she grew curious. Barrel Church and the "New Black Pirates" were sent to investigate it, under the pretense of their Log Pose randomly catching on to an island. Through various, initially hostile interactions, Barrel met with Contract and Leto but eventually left and later told Ahab about the island's activities. Through this she came to meet with the both of them and offered them more protection in case marines eventually discovered the island was once again active. Though that offer was admittedly one that couldn't be refused once Ahab discovered the nature of SMILES and Zoan splicing with objects. It interested her far too much to let them go alive. So in return for her protection, they became subordinates and a part of rapidly growing criminal organizations, primarily based out of Dressrosa.
