Skills:

Strength - While she tends to avoid manual combat she has proven herself to be capable in that respect. She has strength that could be called blatantly above the average for what you would expect of someone her size, but isn’t anything near her capabilities otherwise.

Speed & Reflexes - This is one of her better attributes. She tends to keep her distance from her enemies as much as she possibly can, and as a result she’s grown to be quite the speedster and her reflexes are also attuned to quite a degree as she’s able to react to and avoid things which would normally be thought to be very difficult to guard against otherwise.

Leaping - This goes hand in hand with her strength, although since her strength is well above that of an average person she can leap up to and from heights without much fanfare, although she will often find ways to avoid falling from too great a height, as this capacity isn’t infinite.

Drinking - This girl can drink, I mean really drink. She has an alcohol tolerance that would make the heaviest of drunkards blink with amazement. That’s about it…since this doesn’t affect much else she can do…aside from the odd drinking contest.

Swimming - HA! What’s that?

Abilities:

Projection - She is able to project an image of herself outside of her body. This image contains her consciousness, can be whatever size she wishes it to be, can use the other abilities of her devil’s fruit, and is completely intangible. However, while she is in this form her body is completely defenseless wherever she leaves it at.

Ghost Projection - She is able to project ghosts which can have varying shapes from her body/projection. Most of these ghosts are able to pass through objects, opponents, and attacks with no effort. But there are a few that do have some tangibility.
-- Sads Ghost - The primary ghost that she uses for scouting, she sends these out in great quantities and they are able to manipulate a person’s emotional state, causing them to become horrifically depressed and self-doubting in a matter of moments. The effect of this ghost is decreased significantly, sometimes to the point of ineffectiveness, when used on someone who has a predisposition to pessimism about themselves.

-- Mini Ghost - These ghosts are very small, only about the size of ones palm, however these tend to be summoned in what could be considered swarms and pack a sizable punch, as they can explode at the users command.

-- Special Ghosts - These ghosts are basically the same as the mini ghosts, with the exception that they are much larger and the explosions that they great are much larger as well.

Flight - She can user her ability to float like a ghost in her tangible form as well. During a fight she places her body at risk as anyone else would and loses her advantage of intangibility, however she eliminates the weakness of having to keep her body locked up and at risk should it be discovered by an enemy while she’s away from it.

Busoshoku Haki - She has the ability to insert her -will- into her attacks. This allows her to increase the strength of her assaults as well as strike opponents that might otherwise be unstrikeable.

Kenbunshoku Haki - A form of Haki which allows the user to sense the presence of others, even if concealed or too far away to naturally see, as well as predict the actions of others moves shortly before they are made. She generally finds use for this skill when fighting to predict what others are going to do, as she doesn't enjoy surprises. She can sense the presence of others, however her range in this ability tends to be rather short.

History:
She was born on Goat Island along with a number of other siblings to her wonderful parents. Now her life as a child was rather crazy as her family never really had much in the way of things and she had to basically scrounge around for whatever she could get, and while her parents basically told her that she needed to do all these things that she found to just be catering to the system that was already in place, she had other ideas about how to go about making her way through life. So at a young age she set out in search of a way to find a better, freer life that what she had experienced as a youth.
Her journey was a tough one, as she went from island to island in search of finding some sort of real meaning to things, and as she saw the world she saw that the same system that had strung her parents along was beginning to string her along as well, as she was mostly taking odd jobs in whatever she could find at the time. So eventually she got sick of it and decided to become a pirate and just take what she wanted, when she wanted, how she wanted, the system be damned. This went ?extremely- poorly for her in the beginning, as she was nearly captured on a number of occasions before finding herself a devil’s fruit, from there things began to go much more smoothly as she often times, after a good while of practicing with the thing, found she could nearly wipe out entire crews of marines on her own now. As her power grew, so did her ability to do whatever, whenever, and the more that the marines wanted to just catch her ass and be done with it.
To those outside of the marines and a very small number of other pirates, her current status is a bit of a mystery to the public at large, although she may just be keeping quiet and relaxing, since she tends to be a bit of a lazyass sometimes.
